“They charged the rooms upon arrival. When they gave me the invoice upon check out I noticed they overcharged for one of the rooms. I pointed this out and they said they could adjust the invoice but won't refund the amount. As I tried to explain why the invoice has to match the credit card charge the receptionist kept rudely interrupting me. After I repeatedly asked him to let me finish, he finally listened and after I said it was a company credit card and business trip he all of a sudden was polite again, but still said they won't refund the overcharged amount.”

“No internet for both days I was there and when I would call them they would respond as if it was my fault that there was no internet. They also did not clean my room. I had to call no joke 5 times to get a new towel. Every time I would call they would be rude and respond as if the fault was mine 😒😒”
